Exceptional stay in the Grampians
Positive: Kitchen facilities
- The kitchen isn't just a kitchenette - it's stocked with quality pots, pans, utensils and even extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Comfort
- The blankets and sheets were great quality, comfortable and clean. The lounge and bed are comfortable. We stayed during a heatwave and we were very comfortable during the day and night (great aircon). There were also plenty of spare blankets and pillows in the wardrobe if needed.
Wildlife
- From the loungeroom every evening we watched all the kangaroos, deer and ducks wander past our villa to the oval. We had an entire family of deer walk right past us while we lay on the couch it was awesome.
Privacy
- The villas are a short walk from the town, but it's tucked away so you do have space to yourself away from the other motels and people. We didn't realize but there are TWO villas on the same property, however they are a decent space from each other and it's still private, although we did close the blinds at times as the other villa has to drive past us to exit.
Bathroom & cleaning
- We loved having a washing machine, dryer, washing line and washing items. The bathroom was clean and modern. The only thing was the floor got very wet after a shower, a squeegee or something to mop the water to the drain would have been nice but not a big deal.
The owners are very kind and thoughtful, calling us on the catastrophic fire days and checking in with us and our safety.
Negative: The only issue we had was that there aren't blinds for the top row of windows, only the bottom windows.
We go to bed early, which meant we had trouble getting to sleep as it was light until 930pm or later - would recommend packing an eye mask if you have trouble sleeping with light!
Also around 2pm it became very difficult to watch the TV due to the glare from the top windows that we couldn't avoid.

Un art de vivre la contemplation, proche de tout et seuls au monde !
Positive: Emplacement, cadre, agencement, confort exceptionnels.

Glorious stay, everything felt quite luxurious and very warm and cozy.
Positive: breakfast was a lovely touch but only if your staying overnight. We stayed for 3 so brought our own, plunger coffee was only a one cup amount :(

We really enjoyed our stay, so relaxing, cosy and will visit again.
Positive: The welcoming breakfast pack was sweet, clean kitchen, bathroom, luxurious towels and bedding
Negative: The bathroom window winder was jammed and wouldn't close properly, continuous cold air in the bathroom
