Dunes - elegant beach villa with huge swim spa

House was amazing, family & friends loved it. Amazingly warm in Winter. Positive: We were in Port Fairy for a lifesaving IRB competition. House was easy to access, great parking. Everything we needed was already in the house. The swim spa was fantastic for the teens after a long and cold day at the beach.. We had a dinner with friends one night and everything we could have needed was there. The gas log fired kept the house very warm, which was greatly appreciated over Winter. Thank you so much! Negative: Nothing, everything was great and as advertised.

Positive: The swimspa and the BBQ and outdoor area which would be perfect for a lazy afternoon in the sun! Negative: The kitchen and living areas downstairs was a bit small for our liking

It was pleasant and comfortable to stay here Positive: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The playground was good enough to keep our kids busy. The kitchen was full of amenities. Negative: We were not sure about the cleanliness of the water in the spa. There was no instruction on whether we should change the water or not.
