Dunes - elegant beach villa with huge swim spa

The stay was memorable made our long grand final weekend Positive: The home was presented in immaculate condition and there is nothing that could be criticized It was a most enjoyable stay and I recommend this property as a must stay if you are planning a trip to Port Fairy The spa was sensational and like the home could not be faulted Will definitely be back Negative: There is nothing about the property that could be disliked

Our long weekend stay far outweighed our expectations Positive: The huge spa pool was a delight clean, hot & privately housed in a sun room. The house interior was a great layout with huge bedrooms, exceptionally dressed, bed linen white & crisp, electric blankets too but never needed as the gas heating was exceptional! Drinking glassware & crockery perfect! We loved our stay & will recommend it to our friends & family. Definitely 5 stars + Negative: Being a wet weather weekend the step leading to the house porch were pooled with water so a little tricky & potentially a slip hazard while gaining access to & fro. The steps need to be adjusted to allow water run off.

Loved the stay 4 women perfect Positive: Birthday celebration 4 women so accomodations were perfect being 3 bedroom two shared. Kitchen lounge dining area great for us. The spa was huge and the absolute highlight on a cold Port Fairy weekend. We were in and out all weekend and at 38 degrees it was great. Negative: Nothing
